About

I grew up in Germany with a German mother and an Air Force father.  After graduating from High School I returned to the United States to attend the University of Connecticut where I studied Fashion Retailing and Merchandising.  I got married shortly after graduating and we soon moved to Massachusetts for job opportunities.  After college I never really worked in retail and eventually stayed at home to raise my children.  I have always loved fabric and helped my sister sew draperies off and on for a short period.  As my children grew I contiued to sew for myself.  Friends and neighbors started asking me to sew for them.  I have now translated this into a business of decorating and sewing.  I love color, fabric, decorating and following the latest trends.  If you are interested in my services, please see my contact button.
